• Fraud or deceptive practices
• Any illegal activity

Violations will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement.

6. Content Moderation

• Manual review processes
• User reporting systems
• 24-hour response timeline for reported violations

7. Reporting and Blocking

You can report inappropriate content or behavior directly within the app. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. You may also block other users, which will prevent them from contacting you and remove any existing connections.

8. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you create. By posting content, you grant Approachably a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content for operational purposes.

9. Contacts and Network Data

With your permission, Approachably may access your device contacts to help you find and connect with others. You can revoke this access at any time through your device settings.

10. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without advance notice.

11. Disclaimers

Approachably is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of user-provided information or the outcome of any connections made through the platform.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Approachably shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Approachably and its affiliates from any claims arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict of law principles.
